Quality Control
Ever striving to improve our services, we are currently working towards TS 16949 accreditation, to assure manufacturing is to global automotive industry standards.
TS 16949 specifies the quality system requirements for the design/ development, production, installation and servicing of automotive-related products. Armour Auto is devoted to accomplishing high standards through tried and tested methods that ensure repeatable results from the outset through to assembly.
From the preliminary concept stage, quality is controlled through our Quality Management System. Armour’s QMS is documented in our Quality Manual, which identifies the policies and procedures necessary to guarantee that our services meet the desired standards.
All of our products, whether they have been produced in house or sourced externally, go through vigorous quality assurance checks before they are released to market to ensure they are all in good working order. Even components such as individual wiring strips are closley inspected before they are dispatched.
